Providing, Fabricating & Fixing Decorative LED Motifs, LED Rope Lights and FRP Pole Base Covers in UC-04, UC-05 and UC-06 of TMC Gulshan-e-Iqbal District East

The Town Municipal Corporation Gulshan District East Karachi invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope system for the provision, fabrication and fixing of decorative LED motifs, LED rope lights and FRP pole base covers in Union Councils UC-04, UC-05 and UC-06 of TMC Gulshan-e-Iqbal District East. This procurement is specifically for the installation of 2D decorative motif frameworks including designs such as Scales of Justice, Leaf/Floral Branch, Butterfly, Floral/Flower Vase and Ornamental Floral Scroll/Arabesque fabricated from heavy-duty MS/GI sections, along with outdoor weatherproof LED rope lights, decorative ornamental FRP pole base covers, 200 Watt LED street lights with surge protection, and associated electrical wiring and accessories. Items being procured: - 40 Nos. 2D Decorative Motif Frameworks - 1000 Nos. Outdoor weatherproof LED Rope Lights - 20 Nos. Decorative FRP Pole Base Covers (3.5 ft height) - 55 Nos. 200 Watt LED Street Lights - 1500 Mtr 10 mm Silver Double Core Wire with MS Sheet locking arrangements - 100 Nos. IPC Connectors The scope includes fabrication, installation, electrical wiring, testing and commissioning as per approved designs and under the direction of the Engineer Incharge. The work site is located at the main building of TMC Gulshan District East near KDA Police Station Block 14, near Civic Centre Building, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC 2024 registration with relevant electrical license, NTN and SRB registration certificates, and demonstrate financial capacity with an average annual turnover not less than the estimated cost. Experience of similar works amounting to at least 80% of the estimated cost is required. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount in the form of pay order is mandatory. Tender fee is Rs. 3000/- non-refundable. Bids must be submitted in sealed covers by 09:00 AM on Tuesday, 3 November 2026 at the Office of the Executive Engineer (M&E), TMC Gulshan-e-Iqbal District East, Room No F-21, 1st Floor, Main Building. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 09:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bids will not be accepted.
