Providing and Fixing CC Paver Blocks and Replacement of Sewerage Line at Brohi Mohallah, Jinnah Road, Urdu Bazar, Karachi

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Engineering Department invites bids for the provision and installation of CC paver blocks and replacement of sewerage lines at Brohi Mohallah, Jinnah Road, Urdu Bazar near Mustafa Masjid and Subhani Masjid, Union Council No. 04, TMC Morio Mir Behar, District Kemari, Karachi. This tender is issued under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with an estimated cost of **PKR 20,000,000**. Items being procured: - Excavation for pipeline trenches and pits in soft rock - Supply and laying of RCC pipes of 12" and 15" diameter - Construction of manholes and inspection chambers - Refilling excavated trenches - Pumping set hire charges - Manufacturing and supply of RCC manhole covers and ring slabs - Earthwork excavation in ordinary soil - Dismantling of cement concrete - Cartage of materials - Preparation of sub-base and aggregate base course - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks of various types - Providing and fixing precast edge blocks - Repair of leakages in RCC and MS pipelines under roadway The technical scope includes civil works such as excavation, pipe laying, manhole construction, paving, and repair works as per detailed Bill of Quantities. The site is located in Karachi, Sindh province. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, possess valid NTN and SRB registration, and meet the experience and financial criteria outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee.
