Tender Description
The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for various civil works in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement covers multiple packages focused on street paving and pipeline laying in different Union Councils (UCs) of District West-III, TMC Orangi and TMC Mominabad Karachi.
Items being procured:
- Providing and fixing CC Tuff Paver at different streets in UC-01, UC-02, UC-03, UC-05, UC-06, UC-07 of District West-III, TMC Orangi Karachi
- Providing and fixing CC Tuff Paver at different streets in UC-01, UC-02, UC-03, UC-04, UC-05 of District West-III, TMC Mominabad Karachi
- Providing and laying 4", 6", 8" and 12" diameter PE pipeline in different UCs from UC-01 to UC-07 of District West-III, TMC Orangi Karachi
- Providing and laying 4", 6", 8" and 12" diameter PE pipeline in different UCs from UC-01 to UC-05 of District West-III, TMC Mominabad Karachi
- Providing and fixing high mast poles with 6x400 watt LED floodlights, including wiring, earthing, and 6 feet deep foundations for 150 jobs in different UCs of District West-III, TMC Orangi & Mominabad Karachi.
The technical scope involves extensive civil works including street paving with CC Tuff Pavers, installation of PE pipelines of various diameters, and electrical works for high mast poles with LED floodlights. The works are spread across multiple UCs in Karachi, requiring specialized skills in civil construction and electrical installation.
Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and C-6 as applicable, along with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration and compliance with sales tax and other applicable taxes. Experience in similar scale projects and submission of earnest money in the form of Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
