Providing and Fixing Flags, Lighting and Other Work for Independence Day Event

Municipal Committee Okara invites E-Bids from contractors and firms registered with Punjab E-Procurement system and registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN) and PPRA for providing and fixing flags, lighting and other related work for an event of Independence Day 14th August 2026. The work will be carried out on different buildings, chowks, parks and roads under the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Okara. The contractor must ensure quality materials and timely completion of work in line with the event schedule. The site is spread across municipal buildings, parks, chowks, and roads requiring coordinated execution. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Punjab E-Procurement system, FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and PPRA. Contractors must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. The bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the e-bid submission deadline. The e-bid submission deadline is **04-08-2026 at 10:30 AM** with bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day.
