Providing / Fixing of Hard Panel, Roller Blinds, Reupholstry & Repairing of Revolving Chairs at Executive Office Building Sector G-5 Islamabad

The Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) through its Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate invites sealed bids for the procurement of works involving providing and fixing of hard panels, roller blinds, reupholstery and repairing of revolving chairs at the Executive Office Building located in Sector G-5, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - Providing / Fixing of PVC Hard Panel (1884 P/Sft) - Providing and Fixing of carpet door mats with side overlocking (4 P/Job) - Providing and Fixing of roller blinds (464 P/Sft) - Reupholstery of Dewan (3 seater) (1 P/Job) - Reupholstery of sofa seats (3 seater, 2 seater, single seater) (22 P/Seat) - Reupholstery of office chairs (13 Each) - Reupholstery of small size office chairs (3 Each) - Providing and placement of small cushions (16'' x 16'') (17 Each) - Repair maintenance of revolving chairs including replacement of hydraulic bottom, wheelset and machine (22 Each) - Reupholstery of executive revolving chairs (5 Each) - Providing and Fixing of carpet rugs with fine quality silky Turkish fiber (5 Each) The scope includes supply and installation of materials such as PVC hard panels, roller blinds, carpet door mats, cushions, and upholstery materials including nails, rubber, parachute thread, samadbond, and foam. Repair works include hydraulic and wheelset replacements for revolving chairs. All works are to be completed as per instructions and satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including PEC for works, FBR/NTN, and must submit bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract duration is 30 days from commencement.
