Providing fixing Manhole cover including ring slab and raising of Manholes for route of juloos Imam Bargah's UC pipri and UC Ghaghar

The Town Municipal Corporation Gadap Karachi is procuring works for providing and fixing manhole covers including ring slabs and raising of manholes along the route of juloos Imam Bargah's UC Pipri and UC Ghaghar. This project involves dismantling existing cement concrete, cleaning and desalting of manholes and inspection chambers, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of steel reinforcement, construction of manholes as per approved design, and manufacturing and supplying of precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers. The scope covers all materials, labor, and transportation within the specified limits. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and have at least five years of relevant experience. They should have completed similar works either one project of 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each of 50% of the estimated cost. Registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN certificate, valid PEC license, and electrical license where applicable are mandatory. The bidder must also have a turnover of at least PKR 4 million over the last five years and valid professional tax registration. The tender documents are available and must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) website from 16th June 2026 to 2nd July 2026 by 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director (Contract Management), Town Municipal Corporation Gadap, Karachi. Earnest money of 5% of the bid price and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2000 must be submitted in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
