Providing and Fixing Portable Security Cabin with Solar and Barrier at PMDC Salt Mines Makrach

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites qualified suppliers and contractors to participate in the procurement of a Prefabricated Portable Security Cabin equipped with a solar system and a manual rising arm barrier at the PMDC Salt Mines in Makrach. This tender is specifically for the supply, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a security cabin measuring 8 ft by 8 ft, constructed with MS steel frame, insulated sandwich panels, PVC/vinyl flooring, aluminum sliding windows, and complete electrical wiring including LED lights and switches. The solar system includes a minimum 700 W bifacial solar panel, 1 kW pure sine wave inverter, and a 12V 100Ah lithium battery. Additionally, a manual rising arm barrier with a 7-meter boom length and corrosion-resistant iron/steel arm is to be installed with proper locking and safety features. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective revenue boards, be on the active taxpayer list, and demonstrate at least 2-3 years of relevant experience with government or semi-government organizations. Submission of earnest money amounting to Rs. 75,000 in the form of demand draft or pay order is mandatory. The tender will be evaluated on a least cost basis, and bidders must submit technical and financial bids electronically via the EPAD system by 05 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender opening will follow at 11:30 AM on the same day at PMDC Head Office, Islamabad.
