Providing and Fixing PU Flooring at University of Balochistan Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested Contractors/Firms for providing and fixing PU flooring at University of Balochistan, Quetta. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing PU flooring at University of Balochistan, Quetta The procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014 amended up to date. Basic eligibility criteria include valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above with relevant specialized code, registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, active presence in tax payer list (ATL), valid registration with FBR ATL, and minimum turnover of last three years. Bidders must have completed 3 similar assignments and submit bid security of 3% in form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. Other mandatory conditions and detailed criteria are in bidding documents. Tender documents can be downloaded from BPPRA website www.bppra.org.pk. Tender processing fee of Rs. 3500/- must be deposited in government treasury under account C-03870 via Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Bids must be submitted electronically latest by 18 November 2026 till 09:00 AM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on same day at 10:00 AM on EPPS System at Office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road Quetta. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure and ensure timely electronic submission to avoid disqualification.
