Tender Description
The Water and Sanitation Agency Faisalabad invites bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for multiple civil and sanitation works under the O&M West Divisions. The procurement covers providing and fixing RCC and RPC manhole slabs as well as manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers at various locations within the O&M West-I and West-II Divisions of WASA Faisalabad. Items being procured:
- Providing & Fixing RCC and R.P.C Manhole Slabs at different locations in O&M West-I Division
- Manufacturing of different size RCC Manholes Covers for O&M West-I WASA Faisalabad
- Providing & Fixing RCC and R.P.C Manhole Slabs at different locations in O&M West-II Division
- Supply of RCC Manhole Covers for different Areas of Saifabad Sub Division O&M West-II WASA Faisalabad
The scope involves civil construction and sanitation works requiring expertise in reinforced cement concrete and precast concrete manhole components. The works are to be executed at multiple sites within Faisalabad city under the supervision of the Deputy Director (O&M West) WASA Faisalabad. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant PEC category and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Earnest money in the form of CDR at specified percentages of the estimated cost must be uploaded online and original CDR submitted before bid opening.
