Providing Fixing Repair Maintenance LED Bulb 40W Rectification Replacement Street Light Points Surjani Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir (West) Karachi invites sealed bids for the providing, fixing, repair, and maintenance of LED Bulb 40W including rectification and replacement of street light points on internal streets during the month of Rabi Ul Awal 1448 AD in the surrounding area of Surjani TMC Manghopir West Karachi. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer (M&E) office located at Sector 11-E, Shahra-E-Orangi, Orangi Town Karachi. Items being procured: - P/L of Main & Sub Main PVC insulated and PVC Sheeted with single core copper conductor 300/500 volts size 3/.029, quantity 3050 meters - Providing & Fixing of Moon Light with LED Bulb 40W, top cover jali and holder, quantity 220 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of 10-Amps switch On/Off system with board, quantity 220 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of IPC (Connector) best quality for connection of existing light from main supply, quantity 450 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of PVC Tape for connection best quality, quantity 50 Nos. The technical scope includes electrical installation works involving PVC insulated copper wiring, LED lighting fixtures, switches, connectors, and related accessories as per site requirements and instructions of the Engineering In-charge. The work is to be completed within 45 days from the written order to commence, with a penalty of Rs. 500 per day for delay. Eligibility criteria require firms to have a valid PEC license in C-06 & above category with relevant field specialization, NTN certificate, professional tax, SRB certificate, bank statement, relevant experience, and minimum turnover of three years. Additionally, contractors must hold a valid Sindh Government Electrical Contractor License as per Rule 48 of Electricity Rules 1937. Bids must be submitted by 16-08-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on 17-08-2026 at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders.
