This tender is issued by the Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir (West) Karachi for the provision, fixing, repair, and maintenance of LED Bulb 40W including rectification and replacement of street light points on internal streets during the month of Rabi Ul Awal 1448 AD in the surrounding area of Union Council 1, 2, and 3 of TMC Manghopir West Karachi. Items being procured: - P/L of Main & Sub Main PVC insulated and PVC Sheeted with single core copper conductor 300/500 volts size 3/.029, quantity 3850 meters - Providing & Fixing of Moon Light with LED Bulb 40W, top cover jali and holder, quantity 350 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of 10-Amps switch On/Off system with board, quantity 350 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of IPC (Connector) best quality for connection of existing light from main supply, quantity 750 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of PVC Tape for connection best quality, quantity 25 Nos. The technical scope includes electrical installation works involving PVC insulated copper wiring, LED lighting fixtures, switches, connectors, and related accessories as per site requirements and instructions of the Engineering In-charge. The work is to be completed within 45 days from the written order of commencement. The contractor must have valid PEC registration in C-06 & above category with relevant field specialization, NTN certificate, professional tax, SRB certificate, bank statement, and relevant experience with at least three years turnover. Additionally, compliance with Rule 48 of Electricity Rules 1937 is mandatory, requiring a valid Sindh Government Electrical Contractor License. The tender documents are available from 01-08-2026 to 16-08-2026 during office hours at the TMC Manghopir (West) office, Sector 11-E, Shahra-E-Orangi, Orangi Town Karachi. Tender submission deadline is 15-08-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 12:30 PM on the same day at the Executive Engineer (M&E) Office. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. A performance guarantee of 5% of the sanctioned cost will be required from the successful bidder. Retention money of 5% will be deducted from running bills. Penalty for delay is Rs. 500 per day.
