Providing And Fixing Repair And Maintenance Of 40W LED Bulbs And Street Light Points In Gulshan-e-Myanmar Karachi

This tender is issued by the Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir (West) Karachi for the provision, fixing, repair, and maintenance of 40W LED bulbs including rectification and replacement of street light points on internal streets during the month of Rabi Ul Awal 1448 AD in the surrounding area of Gulshan-e-Myanmar, Karachi. The procurement is specifically for electrical works related to street lighting under the supervision of the Executive Engineer (M&E) office. Items being procured: - P/L of Main & Sub Main PVC insulated and PVC Sheeted single core copper conductor 300/500 volts size 7/.029, quantity 4150 meters - Providing & Fixing of LED Flood Light 200 Watt Phillips or equivalent, quantity 59 Nos - Providing & Fixing of 10-Amps switch On/Off system with board, quantity 59 Nos - Providing & Fixing of IPC (Connector) best quality for connection of existing light from main supply, quantity 120 Nos - Providing & Fixing of PVC Tape for connection best quality, quantity 50 Nos The technical scope includes supply and installation of high-quality electrical materials as per site requirements and instructions of the Engineering In-charge. The work involves electrical wiring, fixing of LED floodlights, switches, connectors, and related accessories to ensure proper street lighting in the designated area. The contractor must comply with Rule 48 of Electricity Rules 1937, holding a valid Sindh Government Electrical Contractor License. Eligibility criteria require a valid PEC registration in C-06 & above category with relevant field specialization, NTN certificate, professional tax, SRB certificate, bank statement, relevant experience, and a minimum turnover of three years. The contractor must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. The successful bidder will also furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the sanctioned cost and retention money of 5% will be deducted from running bills.
