Providing and Installation of Solar System under Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit

Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (PRMPU), Planning & Development Board Lahore invites E-Bids from registered bidders engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement is for providing and installation of a solar system under PRMPU, P&D Board in Lahore. Items being procured: - Providing & Installation of Solar System This procurement involves supply and installation of solar power equipment at the specified site under PRMPU. The project requires bidders to have relevant experience in solar system installation and must comply with all technical specifications as per bidding documents. The site is located in Lahore, Punjab, and the contract will be awarded on a complete package basis. Bidders must be registered with FBR and other tax authorities and should submit their bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest Money (Bid Security) amounting to PKR 300,000 (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted electronically via PSID as per PPRA Rules 2014 updated till date. The bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded free of cost from https://prmp.punjab.gov.pk and http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted by 10th August 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened electronically the same day at 12:30 PM. Eligibility includes valid PEC registration in relevant category, FBR registration, and proven experience in solar system projects.
