Providing Laying C.C Paver Block at Street 5 Near Jamia Masjid Bilal Sultani and Adjacent Streets at UC-5 Wazir Brohi Goth

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, invites bids for the provision and laying of C.C Paver Blocks at Street 5 near Jamia Masjid Bilal Sultani, including Basheer Shah Dargah Street, Liaqat Chandio, Akbar Birohi, up to the end of Al-Noor Society Road and at UC-5 Wazir Brohi Goth. This project is part of the development works under the fiscal year 2025-2026 and is funded by the Provincial Government of Sindh. The scope of work includes dismantling existing concrete, earth excavation, carriage of materials, providing and laying aggregate base course, fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, kerb stone installation, manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers, and shifting and fixing of ring slabs for damaged manholes. The work is to be completed within 12 months from the commencement date. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and have relevant experience of at least five years, including similar works of at least 80% of the estimated cost or two works of 50% each. Bidders must also be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board, possess NTN certificates, valid professional tax certificates, and electrical licenses where applicable. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Superintendent Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, District East Karachi, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3000. Bids must be submitted online through the SPPRA e-procurement portal by 10:30 AM on 29-06-2026. The bids will be opened on 01-07-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the same office. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth is mandatory. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all required documents and earnest money are included.
