Providing Laying Jointing P.E Pipe Line 6"X4"X3"dia in Various Streets Ward No.01 to 14 Part-02 Municipal Committee Umerkot

The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the provision, laying, and jointing of P.E Pipe Lines of diameters 6", 4", and 3" in various streets across Ward No.01 to 14 Part-02 under the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Umerkot. This procurement is aimed at improving the water supply infrastructure in Umerkot city, Sindh. Items being procured: - Laying and jointing of P.E Pipe Line 6" diameter - Laying and jointing of P.E Pipe Line 4" diameter - Laying and jointing of P.E Pipe Line 3" diameter The scope includes supply of materials, installation, and jointing of pipes as per technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. The work is to be completed within 12 months from the date of issuance of the work order. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, possess active NTN and ATL registration, and valid Sindh Revenue Board registration. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) by 09:00 AM on 09-11-2026, with bid opening at 10:00 AM the same day at the office of Municipal Committee Umerkot.
