The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the provision, laying, and jointing of P.E Pipe Lines of diameters 6", 4", and 3" in various streets across Ward No.01 to 14, Part-03 under the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Umerkot. This procurement is aimed at improving the water supply infrastructure in Umerkot city, Sindh. Items being procured: - Providing, laying, and jointing P.E Pipe Line 6" diameter - Providing, laying, and jointing P.E Pipe Line 4" diameter - Providing, laying, and jointing P.E Pipe Line 3" diameter The scope includes supply of all materials, installation, and jointing works as per technical specifications and standards. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of issuance of the work order. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, hold active NTN and ATL registration, and valid Sindh Revenue Board registration. Submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on 09-11-2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of Municipal Committee Umerkot.
