The site is located near the Main National Highway Road near Benazir Chowkundi, Karachi. The contract duration is 90 days from the written order to commence work. The contractor must comply with specifications, drawings, and instructions provided by the Engineer-in-charge. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, and at least five years of relevant experience. The firm must have a turnover of 2 to 4 million PKR over the last three years and provide documentary proof of machinery and equipment ownership. Affidavits regarding litigation status and blacklisting are mandatory. The bid security is 5% earnest money with a validity of 90 days.
