Providing Laying Sewerage Pipe Line from Chowk to Naseerabad Stop Chowk Union Committee Pipri, TMC Gadap

The Town Municipal Corporation Gadap, Karachi invites sealed bids for the work of providing and laying a sewerage pipeline from Chowk to Naseerabad Stop Chowk Union Committee Pipri. This project involves excavation for pipeline trenches, providing RCC pipes with rubber joints, refilling excavated material, and all related civil works as per the Composite Schedule of Rates. Items being procured: - Excavation for pipeline trenches and pits in all kinds of soil including trimming, dressing, levelling, and disposal of surplus earth - Providing RCC pipes with rubber joints and fixing in trenches including cutting, fitting, jointing, and water testing - Refilling excavated material in trenches in layers with watering and ramming for full compaction The technical scope includes excavation up to 5 ft depth, installation of RCC pipes with rubber ring joints, and proper refilling and compaction. The site is located in Union Committee Pipri, Karachi under the supervision of Town Municipal Corporation Gadap. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category, have at least 5 years of relevant experience with similar works of at least 80% of the estimated cost or two works of 50% each, valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and a minimum turnover of PKR 4 million over the last five years. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The tender fee is PKR 2000 non-refundable. Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) e-procurement portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 18-08-2026.
