Providing and Laying Sewerage and Water Supply Lines with Related Repair and Maintenance Works in TMC Ibrahim Hyderi, Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi, District Malir, Karachi invites bids for various sewerage and water supply line works along with repair and maintenance tasks for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement includes providing and laying sewerage lines from Al-Qadri Mohalla to Khatti Mohalla, Dar-ul-Uloom Subhaniya to Al-Qadri Mohalla, and other locations within UC-01 Chowkundi, UC-03 Cattle Colony, UC-05 Muzaffarabad, UC-09 Chashma, and UC-10 Rehri. Additionally, repair and maintenance of drain nallas, installation of centrifugal and booster motors with coupled pumps, fixing of machinery and accessories at water supply schemes, and painting on kerb blocks at various highways and roads are included. Items being procured: - Providing laying sewerage line from Al-Qadri Mohalla to Khatti Mohalla - Repair & maintenance of drain nalla at Dar-ul-Uloom Subhaniya Raheemia - Providing laying sewerage line from Dar-ul-Uloom Subhaniya Raheemia to Al-Qadri Mohalla - Providing laying water supply lines at multiple locations including Social Security Hospital Road, Masjid Khizra, Makki Masjid, and Abu Huraira Madarsa - Installation of centrifugal motor with coupled pump and booster motor with electrical accessories - Repair and maintenance of centrifugal motor/pump and other electrical accessories - Painting on kerb blocks from Hospital Chowrangi to PSO Pump, Labour Square to Road No. 5 & 6, Manzil Pump to Shafi Goth, and other locations - Rehabilitation and patch work of paver blocks and roads at Mehran Highway and other sites - Construction of manholes and inspection chambers The technical scope covers excavation, laying RCC pipes, refilling trenches, constructing manholes, installation of pumps and motors, and painting works. All works shall be executed in accordance with the specifications and standards set by the Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, valid electrical license, minimum 5 years experience, turnover of 2 to 4 million PKR over last 3 years, and affidavit of no blacklisting. Bidders must provide documentary proof of experience, machinery availability, and satisfactory completion certificates. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 149,480). Completion time for the works is 90 days from the written order to commence.
