Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of 15 Primary and Elementary Schools in Taluka Dahli and Chachro, Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi invites bids for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and provision of additional facilities in existing primary and elementary schools located in Taluka Dahli and Chachro, District Tharparkar. This procurement is specifically for 15 school units including GBLSS Panat, GGPS Samoon Rind, GBPS Samoon Rind Ahmed Paro, GBPS Gul Sher Rahimoon Jese Jo Par, GBPS Ramlani, GBPS Rariaro, GBPS Suthar Colony, GBPS Pandhi Paro Noorani, GBPS Ranchi Jo Tar, GBPS Katho Ayoub, GBPS Alamsar, GBPS Saleem Mangrio, GBPS Meghwar Paro Kheme Jo Par, GBPS Karoo Jo Par, and GGPS Qasim Paro Rarakar. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation, reconstruction, and additional facilities provision in 15 primary/elementary schools as listed above The scope includes civil works such as excavation, cement concrete, brickwork, RCC work, steel reinforcement fabrication, flooring with marble and tiles, plastering, whitewashing, distempering, painting, and installation of iron grills and notice boards. The works will be executed at the sites mentioned with all materials and workmanship meeting the specified standards. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, have active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and must provide all mandatory documents including valid CNICs, affidavits, bid security of 5%, and tender fees. Technical evaluation will be based on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capability, and other criteria as detailed in the bidding documents.
