The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites sealed bids for the work of providing and laying a water supply line using P.E pipes at near Mukhtiar Shoro House to Manzoor Shoro House in UC # 86 TMC Tando Fazal, Hyderabad. This tender is part of the ADP 2026-27 schemes funded by the Sindh Government for public welfare. Items being procured: - Excavation for pipeline trenches and pits in soft soils including trimming and dressing - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings for non-vehicular traffic - Providing, laying, and fixing high density polyethylene (HDPE-100) water supply pipes conforming to ISO 4427/DIN8074/8075 standards - P.E special bends (160mm and 110mm) - Slab ends (160mm) - PE Reducor (200x160 and 110x90 mm) - Butt fusion joints - Refilling excavated trenches with watering and compaction The technical scope includes excavation, pipe laying, jointing, testing, and refilling with full compaction. The work site is in Hyderabad city under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, NTN certificate, SRB registration, and be registered on the E-PADs platform under SPPRA rules. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order in favor of DEPOSIT FUND FOR SECURITY HMC is mandatory. The bid documents can be downloaded from the E-Pads portal.
