These works are critical for sustainable water provision in the Ziarat area. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax Department, and to hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Firms must have enlistment or renewal for the fiscal year 2026-27. Minimum three assignments of value not less than the estimated cost are required. Bids must be submitted as a single stage, single envelope with accompanying bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as specified.
