Provision of Canteen Services at Pakistan Audit and Accounts Complex Karachi

The Directorate General Audit Sindh Karachi (Auditor-General of Pakistan (DAGP)) invites bids for the provision of canteen services at the Pakistan Audit and Accounts Complex located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The scope of work includes sourcing quality raw materials from reputable suppliers, preparing fresh meals daily on-site, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards, and ensuring proper staff deployment. The canteen staff must be medically fit, disciplined, and able to communicate in Urdu and/or Sindhi. The contract period is thirty-six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, have at least three years of relevant experience, and comply with all eligibility criteria including tax and legal requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 6th July 2026 at 2:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A bid security is required, and the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract price.
