Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Sukkur is procuring construction services for the provision of cement concrete (CC) drains and paver work in the Union Councils of Drib, Moula Ali, Ghulam Ali, Dadloi, and Baiji in Taluka Pano Akil, District Sukkur. This tender covers extensive civil works including excavation, cement concrete plain and reinforced concrete, brick work, plastering, fabrication of mild steel reinforcement, and installation of pumping machinery and solar energy systems.
The technical scope includes excavation in foundations, construction of standard open drains with cement concrete cunette blocks, pacca brick work, reinforced cement concrete for structural members, cement plastering, and fabrication and installation of steel reinforcement. Additionally, the project involves installation of pumping machinery, suction and delivery piping, PE rising mains, paving block flooring, soak pits, and compound walls. The works are to be executed as per detailed specifications and drawings provided by the procuring agency.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline, possess valid FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate experience in similar works executed within the last five years. Financial eligibility includes an average annual turnover not less than the estimated cost, supported by audited financial statements from ICAP-registered firms. Bidders must also submit bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
The tender documents can be viewed and downloaded from the official Sindh procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 09 June 2026 at 13:30 hours. The original tender fee instrument and bid security must be physically delivered to the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Sukkur, before the bid submission deadline. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 14:00 hours at the office near District Council Hall Local Board Sukkur.
