Tender Description
The Directorate of Works and Chief Engineer Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Chaklala is inviting sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Chaklala, located in Punjab. This procurement is classified as emergency work under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004 and involves multiple projects with a combined estimated cost of approximately **PKR 181.356 million**.
The technical scope includes construction and civil works for various facilities at the PAF Base. The projects are categorized as tender (T) and special (S) works, indicating a range of construction activities. Contractors are required to have relevant experience in similar works and must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Only firms with sufficient credentials and experience in the relevant field will be issued tender documents after scrutiny. Registration with FBR and ATL is also mandatory.
The tender documents must be submitted to the office of the Accepting Officer by **01 June 2026 at 11:30 AM**, with the opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day. Interested parties can contact CMES (PAF) Sargodha for further details during working hours from 0715 to 1335. The submission method is sealed envelope delivery to the specified office.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required certificates, including PEC registration and proof of experience, are complete and attached with the technical bid. This will avoid disqualification during the scrutiny process. Additionally, bidders should carefully follow the submission deadline and attend the opening if possible to stay informed about the tender progress.
