Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Two Lots)

Military Engineer Services is inviting sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base, under the jurisdiction of HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala. This opportunity is open to eligible contractors with relevant experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. The works are divided into two lots as detailed below: - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Lot 1) (B) Rs. 42.424 Million - Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Lot 2) (B) Rs. 45.416 Million Firms must submit details including work orders, location and pictures of completed projects, and satisfactory completion certificates from users. Both PEC-registered and MES-enlisted firms are eligible, with preference for those in PEC Cat C-5 & above (valid at least up to June 2027) or MES Cat A. Non-enlisted firms must provide a 2 percent bid security (refundable). No special report of DI&E or outstanding DI&E recoveries should be pending against the firm. All applicants must provide a list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Bidding documents will be available after publication, subject to payment of printing costs. Tenders will be received at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 14 September 2026 and opened the same day at 1200 hours. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
