Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) office at DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala is inviting sealed tenders for emergency works at various PAF Bases, specifically coordinated through CMES (PAF) Sargodha. This procurement covers the provision of multiple facilities at PAF Bases, with individual works ranging in value from approximately Rs. 10 million to over Rs. 58 million. The scope involves construction and civil works related to these facilities, requiring contractors to have relevant experience and technical capacity to meet the demands of the project.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration along with their tender documents. Only firms listed on the approved MES list in categories A and B, with experience in similar works, are eligible to apply. Additionally, contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from government departments. The tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who meet these criteria.
The tender submission deadline is 26 May 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening scheduled at 1200 hours the same day. Interested parties can contact CMES (PAF) Sargodha for further details during working hours. The tender requires earnest money in the form of a CDR and submission of both technical and financial bids as per PPRA rules. Payment for advertisement bills related to this tender has been pre-arranged through PPRA’s account.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation, including PEC registration and experience certificates, are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Early submission and thorough compliance with the tender requirements will improve chances of success in this competitive procurement.
