Tender Description
The Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) invites electronic bids for the implementation of the Master Plan of Sui Town, located in Balochistan. This tender covers a comprehensive set of civil works aimed at urban development and infrastructure improvement in Sui. The technical scope includes the construction of new public facilities such as a bus terminal, truck stand, and parks, as well as the rehabilitation of streets across multiple zones in Sui Town. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and code, and must also have valid registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, to be submitted via CDR or Bank Guarantee. Only electronic bids will be accepted through the BPPRA e-procurement system.
