Providing and Laying Sewerage and Water Supply Lines with Related Repair and Maintenance Works at Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi, Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi, District Malir, Karachi invites bids for various civil works related to sewerage and water supply infrastructure under the Annual Procurement Plan for Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement includes providing and laying sewerage lines, water supply lines, repair and maintenance of drains and sewerage lines, installation of centrifugal and booster pumps with electrical accessories, construction of manholes and culverts, excavation and cleaning of nallahs, and painting of kerb blocks at multiple locations within TMC Ibrahim Hyderi. Items being procured: - Providing and laying sewerage line from Al-Qadri Mohalla to Khatti Mohalla, Yousuf Arfani Goth - Repair and maintenance of drain nalla at Dar-ul-Uloom Subhaniya, Yousif Arfani Goth - Providing and laying sewerage line from Dar-ul-Uloom Subhaniya to Al-Qadri Mohalla - Providing and laying water supply line from Social Security Hospital Road to Hospital Chowrangi Water Supply Scheme Muzafarabad - Installation of centrifugal motor with coupled pump at water supply scheme Hospital Chowrangi - Installation of booster motor with coupled pump and electrical accessories at water supply scheme Juma Goth - Construction of culverts at various locations including near Football Tanki Building Road No. 02 and Bakra Malpiri Main Gate - Painting on kerb blocks at Mehran Highway and National Highway - Excavation and cleaning of nallahs at multiple sites - Construction and repair of manholes and sewerage lines at various UCs The works involve excavation, laying RCC pipes, refilling trenches, fixing manhole covers, installation of pumps and electrical accessories, and surface finishing works. The sites are spread across multiple union councils including Chowkundi, Cattle Colony, Muzafarabad, Chashma, and Rehri within TMC Ibrahim Hyderi. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, and at least five years of relevant experience with a turnover between 2 to 4 million PKR in the last three years. Firms must not be blacklisted and must provide affidavits confirming no litigation or delays in government contracts. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted by 05-10-2026 at 2:00 PM to the office of the Superintending Engineer, TMC Ibrahim Hyderi, District Malir, Karachi. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM. The contract period is 90 days from the date of commencement. Liquidated damages of 0.05% per day apply for delays, capped at 10% of contract value.
