The works are to be completed within 6 months. Eligibility requires PEC registration in categories C-6 & above or as required, with specialization codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, CE-11 & EE-11 for solar energy works. Firms must have relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each in the last 5 years. Additional requirements include valid FBR/ATL registration, technical staff CVs, financial turnover, tax certificates, litigation history affidavit, bank statements, and audit reports.
