Provision of Day Care Services by Bureau of Statistics Punjab

The Bureau of Statistics, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended till date for the Provision of Day Care Services. The procurement is specifically for the Bureau's Headquarters Office located at 65-A Trade Center Block, M.A Johar Town, Lahore. Items being procured: - Provision of Day Care Services (Lot No.1) with an estimated monthly cost of Rs. 175,000/- and total estimated cost for 8 months Rs. 1,400,000/-. The scope involves providing quality daycare services as per the requirements detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and other relevant authorities. They should have a proven track record with at least two successful assignments supplying similar services to government or large private organizations. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement System Punjab website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by 17-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. Bids incomplete or not following submission rules will be rejected. A bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost must accompany all bids in the form of a CDR or online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. The successful bidder will provide services up to 30th June 2027, extendable to 30th June 2029 subject to satisfactory performance.
