Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base Chaklala

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for emergency works at PAF Base Chaklala in Rawalpindi under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. The tender submission deadline is 21 September 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may attend the opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders as per PPRA rules.
