District Council Sujawal invites bids for the provision and fixing of paver blocks at multiple villages including Bula Baran, Fuji Baran, Ahmed Baran, Nazeer Khaniero, Dargah Saleh Shah, Juman Aathlo, Abdullah Shaikh Sikander Mandhrio UC Gul Muhammad Baran Taluka Jati in Sujawal district. Items being procured: - Borrow pit excavation undressed lead up to 100 feet ordinary soil (92,016 Cft) - Earth work compaction with 6 inch thick 2 layer leveling dressing and watering for compaction (92,016 Cft) - Extra lead (3 miles) (92,016 Cft) - Cement concrete brick work or stone ballast 1:4:8 (12,652.20 Cft) - Supplying sand Haro or equivalent (6,517.80 Cft) - Providing and laying cement paving block flooring size 197x97x60 mm with strength between 6500 psi to 8500 psi including filling joints in natural colour (38,340 Sft) The technical scope includes excavation, earth compaction, concrete brick work, sand supply, and laying of high strength cement paving blocks in specified villages. The work will be executed under the supervision of the Executive Engineer District Council Sujawal. Eligibility requires registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and compliance with all bidding instructions. Earnest money of 5% of the bid price is required. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 03 November 2026 at 02:00 PM at the office of District Council Sujawal near Civil Hospital Mirpur Bhathoro Road, Sujawal. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of commencement. Liquidity damages are set at 0.06% of bid cost per day of delay.
