The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Ltd Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure for the provision and fixing of various items at Model Town Society Lahore. This procurement is specifically for contracting firms already enlisted with the Model Town Society. Items being procured: - Tensile Fabric Shed - MS Plate Form - Wardrobes - Air Conditioners (ACs) - Miscellaneous Items The scope of work includes supply, installation, and fixing of tensile fabric sheds, metal structures such as MS plate forms, wardrobes, and air conditioning units along with other miscellaneous items required for the society. The work will be executed at Model Town Society premises in Lahore, requiring quality materials and workmanship to meet the society’s standards. Eligible bidders must be enlisted contractors with the Model Town Society and should have relevant experience in similar civil and electrical works. Firms should ensure their FBR registration and NTN are valid. Earnest Money or CDR requirements are expected as per society rules. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request. The sealed bids must be delivered to the Civil Engineer’s office before 01:00 PM on 23-07-2026. Bids will be opened one hour after the deadline in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend. Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will be rejected. The society reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at any time prior to acceptance.
