Repair and Maintenance Works at AC & ASC Centre and Various PSC Locations

The Military Engineering Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for repair and maintenance works under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. The works include: - Repair and maintenance of Non-Functional Lavatory Block at AC & ASC Centre Nsr - Repair and maintenance works at Nsr, Rsc, Tba, Psc, Svcs Psc These works involve civil repair and maintenance at various military service centers. Contractors must have relevant experience and meet special conditions for the job and area. Only firms with sufficient credentials will be issued tender documents after scrutiny. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors must be on the approved MES list in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D' and have experience of this type. The tender must be received by 1130 Hrs on 06 Oct 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs the same day. Contractors may be present at the opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are expected as per MES rules.
