Provision of Furniture for Daanish School Bhimber, AJK (Furniture Work)

The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of furniture for Daanish School Bhimber, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method with a 70% technical and 30% financial weightage. Items being procured: - Furniture for 12 classrooms including study chairs, teacher chairs and tables, rostrum, soft boards, and whiteboards - Furniture for 11 science labs including laboratory stools, wooden showcases, wardrobes, teacher chairs and tables - Furniture for 1 computer lab including computer tables, revolving chairs, teacher chairs and tables, rostrum, computer cabin, soft boards - Furniture for principal and vice principal offices including office chairs, tables, sofa sets, soft boards, rostrum, center tables - Furniture for sports room, staffrooms, admin and accounts office, multipurpose hall, visitor room, dispensary, library, prayer area, PA rooms, cafeteria, reception/fee collection and guardroom, lecture hall, student hostel, male and female teacher hostels, residential blocks, additional STEM/e-blended labs/VR room, and robotics lab The furniture includes chairs, tables, wardrobes, soft boards, rostrums, carpets, curtains, and other related items as per detailed specifications. The total estimated cost is Rs. 99,612,113. The technical scope includes supply, delivery, and installation of furniture as per the detailed bill of quantities and technical specifications. The supplier must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and have at least five years of relevant experience with proven past performance in similar government or education sector projects.
