Provision of Furniture for Daanish School Harighel Bagh, AJK (Furniture Work)

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training through its Project Management Unit (PMU) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the provision of furniture for Daanish School Harighel Bagh, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under PSDP funding. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Furniture for 12 classrooms - Furniture for 11 science labs - Furniture for 1 computer lab - Furniture for principal and 2 vice principal offices - Furniture for sports room - Furniture for 2 staffrooms (senior and junior) - Furniture for admin and accounts office - Furniture for hall - Furniture for visitor room - Furniture for dispensary - Furniture for library - Furniture for prayer area - Furniture for 2 PA rooms - Furniture for cafeteria - Furniture for reception/counselling room and guardroom - Furniture for lecture hall - Furniture for student hostel (2 blocks) - Furniture for male teacher hostel (2 blocks) - Furniture for female teacher hostel (1 block) - Furniture for residential block (3 blocks) - Furniture for additional STEM/e-blended labs/VR room - Furniture for robotics lab The furniture includes study chairs, teacher chairs and tables, laboratory stools, computer tables and chairs, sofas, soft boards, wardrobes, racks, and other related items as per detailed specifications. Delivery is expected within 3 months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant category, FBR registration and active taxpayer status, minimum 5 years relevant experience, and financial strength. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 portal and provide bid security in the form of call deposit. Technical bids will be evaluated on experience, project history, quality certifications, and financial strength with a minimum qualifying score of 75 out of 100. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Project Director, PMU, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
