Provision of Furniture for Waiting Area of Darbar Hall of S&GAD Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore Financial Year 2026-27

The Services & General Administration Department Punjab invites E-Bids from eligible manufacturers, firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying Furniture & Fixtures and duly registered with the relevant registration and tax authorities. The procurement is for the provision of furniture for the waiting area of Darbar Hall of S&GAD Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit their E-Bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 1,200,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in the name of Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD. Late submissions will be rejected. The complete E-Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The submission deadline is 18th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1:00 PM.
