The Energy Department invites eligible bidders for the provision of home solar systems in District Kech, Tump area under PSDP projects. This tender covers two schemes: - Provision of Home Solar System District Kech, Tump under PSDP No. 1852 Z2026.2835 - Provision of Home Solar System Tump Town Area District Kech, Tump under PSDP No. 1790 Z2026.1059 The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) is mandatory and must be active. The bidder must have completed at least one similar assignment and demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 17,500,000 in the last three consecutive years. PEC registration category C-6 or above is required with specialized code EE11(i) for Solar or Solar Energy System. The firm must have experience with solar hybrid systems in the last three years in any government sector. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication until bid opening during office hours on working days.
