Provision and Installation of Digital Real-Time Rainfall Monitoring System at Punjab Water and Sanitation Agencies (WASA)

Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), under Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites bids from suppliers and contractors registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR, and PRA having Active Filer NTN and PNTN, and PEC License in category C-5 or above with specialization codes EE-09, EE-11 for the provision and installation of a Digital Real-Time Rainfall Monitoring System at Punjab Water and Sanitation Agencies (WASA). Items being procured: - Digital Real-Time Rainfall Monitoring System The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Bidders can access detailed bidding documents, terms, and conditions on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and PPRA website. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical bids must be submitted online before 18-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. A digital bid security/e-bid security of 3% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 959,880/- is required in favor of XEN-I (Maintenance) WASA Lahore and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Corrupt, unreadable, or virus-infected bids will be rejected as per PPRA Regulations-2024. Bidders must upload PDF files of their bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA Regulations-2024. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance. The tenderer must fill the bid schedule indicating the percentage rate above or below the schedule of rates for "Schedule Items". No premium will be quoted against non-schedule items.
