Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad (Pakistan Customs) invites sealed bids for the provision and installation of Fire Hydrant Systems on a turnkey basis at warehouses located in Hyderabad and Sukkur. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance fire safety infrastructure within the Collectorate's jurisdiction in Sindh province.
Items being procured:
- Fire Hydrant System for Sukkur warehouse (Quantity: 1)
- Fire Hydrant System for Hyderabad warehouse (Quantity: 1)
The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty of the fire hydrant systems as per the technical specifications and quality standards detailed in the bidding documents and annexures. The successful bidder will be responsible for turnkey execution at both sites, ensuring compliance with universal standards for fire protection equipment.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and Sales Tax Department, and provide required documentation including valid registrations, business profile, authorization letters, CNIC copies, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting. A bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 and physically submit the original bid security at the Collectorate office located at A-49 Site Area, Hyderabad before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
