Provision and Installation of Home Solar Systems in Kachhi, Quetta, Sharigh, Harnai, and Barkhan Districts

The Energy Department invites eligible bidders for the execution of multiple home solar system installation projects across various districts in Balochistan for the year 2026. These projects are based on composite schedule rates and percentage rates as per the PSDP schemes. Items being procured: - Provision and installation of home solar system at Village Gidar, Kot Ghulam Ali and others, District Kachhi under PSDP No. 1795 Z2026.1085 - Home solar system for District Quetta under PSDP No. 1799 Z2026.1090 - Home solar system for Tehsil Sharigh and Tehsil Harnai under PSDP No. 1802 Z2026.1095 - Home solar system for various Killi of District Quetta under PSDP No. 1804 Z2026.1097 - Provision of home solar panels Killi Ishani Engr Jamal Khetran Barkhan under PSDP No. 1883 Z2026.3966 The scope includes supply and installation of solar energy systems in rural and remote areas, ensuring sustainable energy access. Bidders must have PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), and EE11(iii) related to solar energy systems. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment and possess financial capacity with a turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in the last three years. Bidders must be active in the Pakistan Engineering Council and Balochistan Revenue Authority with active tax registration and must not be blacklisted. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The last date for bid submission is 25th September 2026 by 10:00 AM, with tender opening at 11:00 AM the same day at 1-A, Night Star Complex, Samungly Road, Quetta.
