Provision and Installation of Home Solar Systems at Villages Mir Behram Khan Buledi, Rehmatput Buledi, and Mir Ajab Khan Buledi, Tehsil Ghafoorabad, Naseerabad

The Energy Department invites bids from eligible bidders for the provision and installation of home solar systems at three villages in Tehsil Ghafoorabad, Naseerabad district. The projects include: - Provision and installation of home solar system at Village Mir Behram Khan Buledi and others - Provision and installation of home solar system at Village Rehmatput Buledi and others - Provision and installation of home solar system at Village Mir Ajab Khan Buledi and others These works are based on the Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates under PSDP Nos. 1791, 1792, and 1793 respectively. The scope involves installation of solar energy systems suitable for home use, requiring specialized knowledge in solar energy technology and compliance with PEC codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), and EE11(iii). Eligibility criteria include active presence in the Active Taxpayer List, valid Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and completion of at least one similar assignment with a turnover of at least PKR 19,600,000 in the last three years. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with relevant solar energy specialization. Experience in DC Solar Home System installation in government sectors within the last three years is mandatory. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned and can also be downloaded from the BPPRA website. The last date for bid submission is 1st October 2026 up to 10:00 AM, with tender opening on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted at C-30, Railway Housing Society, Joint Road, Quetta. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all registration documents, especially PEC and BRA, are valid and up to date before submission to avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation phase.
