Provision and Installation of Solar Sensor Lights and Solar Systems in Harnai and Khost

The office of Assistant Director Local Government Harnai invites sealed percentage tenders on composite schedule of rate 2026 Government of Balochistan (amended up to date) from interested contractors/firms for works under BSDI Phase-III. The time limit for each scheme is 3 months with 2% Earnest Money. Tender fees for each scheme are Rs. 1500 payable at National Bank of Pakistan Code C-03870. Items being procured: - Provision of 20x Solar Sensor Lights for Spin Tangi Bazar & Railway Station - 25 KVA Solarization of Khost Railway Station - 20x Streetlights for FCPS & Harnai Bypass & 10x Streetlights Superintendent Police Office Harnai - Revamp of Khost Bazar by installation of Street lights - 50x Streetlights Shahraq Bazar - Installation of 220x solar Street Lights with poles in Harnai City and railway track (E-bids Only) - 15 KVA Solar system for Government Boys High School Khost at District Harnai - 10 KVA Solar System for FC Public School Shahraq at District Harnai These works involve installation and solarization of street and sensor lights at various locations in Harnai and Khost including bazaars, railway stations, schools, and police offices. The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of solar power systems and street lighting infrastructure. Eligibility requires bidders to have valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above for all schemes except serial no. 6 which requires category C-5 and above. Firms must be registered with FBR and BRA. Bid security must be submitted as Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Issuance of tender documents is from publication date until 21st August 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 21st August 2026 by 02:00 P.M sharp at the office of Deputy Commissioner Harnai. Bids for scheme no. 6 must be submitted online through EPPS system. Tender opening will be on the same day at 3:00 P.M at the given address.
