Provision of Internet Services for Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3 Islamabad

The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the provision of Internet Services at the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II located at G-11/3, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Provision of Internet Services for Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad The scope includes supplying reliable and high-speed internet connectivity to support the operations of the polyclinic. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and comply with all technical and financial bid requirements. Bid security must be provided in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the bidding documents. Interested vendors should prepare their bids in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, October 23, 2026, 03:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A tutorial for registration is available on YouTube. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and compliance with all public procurement rules. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement.
