Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed E-bids Version 2.0 on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from registered suppliers with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and active taxpayer status on the Federal Board of Revenue list. The procurement is for supply of electrical materials financed under HESCO's local funds for free delivery to consignee's stores (FCS) at Regional Store HESCO Hyderabad/Jamshoro and Nawabshah. Items being procured: - A.A Conductor Ant, 245 km - 4/C LT ALUMN SID Cable 19/.052 (25mm²), 105 km - ABC Cable 50mm² (3x50+1x50), 30 km - ABC Cable 16mm² (1x16+1x16), 75 km - H.T Spun Poles 36 feet long, 3,500 Nos. - HT Steel Structure 45 feet long Lot-I, 1,300 Nos. - HT Steel Structure 45 feet long Lot-II, 1,300 Nos. - Meter Security Box A-Type for CT Ratio 400/5 Amp, 1,000 Nos. - LT CT 300/5 Amp, 800 Nos. - 11 KV Dropout Cutout (Single Insulator), 9,000 Nos. - Eye Nut, 25,000 Nos. - HT Steel Structure 34'-8" feet long Lot-I, 3,600 Nos. - HT Steel Structure 34'-8" feet long Lot-II, 3,600 Nos. - A.A. Conductor WASP (Insulated), 270 km The technical scope includes supply of specified electrical cables, poles, steel structures, meter security boxes, CTs, insulators, and related accessories suitable for HESCO's regional stores. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit bids electronically via EPADS portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker's Cheque valid for 28 days beyond bid validity must accompany bids. Original bid security must be submitted to the Manager (Material Management) HESCO, Room No. 237-WAPDA Offices Complex, Hussainabad, Hyderabad before the closing date and time. The bid submission deadline is 06 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
