Firms should provide evidence of satisfactory work completion certificates and relevant technical experience. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to 2% of the bid security is mandatory. No special reports of delayed recoveries or outstanding dues will be accepted.
The submission deadline is set for 29 January 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled immediately thereafter at the Military Engineer Services office in Chaklala.
