Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant PEC category and have a valid PEC license for the financial year 2026-27. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted.
