Provision of Multimedia Projector for Hall's and Computer Labs

Bahria University Islamabad Campus invites bids exclusively on the E-PADS platform from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the supply of multimedia projectors. This procurement is specifically for equipping the university's halls and computer labs located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Multimedia Projector for Hall's and Computer Labs (25 No's) The scope involves supplying 25 multimedia projectors suitable for academic and computer lab environments. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards appropriate for educational use. The procurement office is located at Bahria University Islamabad Campus, Sector E-8, Shangrila Road, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and have valid ATL status. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 in cash is required to obtain tender documents either via E-PADS or from the procurement office during office hours (0900 to 1600 hours, excluding weekends). A bid security of Rs. 157,825 must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR in favor of Bahria University Islamabad E-8 Campus. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Hard copies of uploaded documents and original bid security must be deposited at the procurement office before the deadline. The last date for bid submission is 02 November 2026 till 1100 hours, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time and place. Bidders are advised to submit their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes. Bahria University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule 33 of 2004.
