Provision and Repair/Maintenance of Miscellanies Facilities and Furniture at Karachi by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services Pakistan Navy CMES (Navy) COMKAR Karachi invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various works and supply contracts under their Area of Responsibility (AOR) in Karachi. This procurement is specifically for the provision and repair/maintenance of miscellanies facilities, furniture, abnormal repair works, lift works, filter plant works, cleaning of underground and overhead tanks, and supply of fresh water through bowzers at multiple locations including Karsaz, Manora, South and East Karachi. Items being procured: - Provision of Miscellanies facilities work under AOR CMES (Navy) COMKAR - Provision of furniture at Karachi - Abnormal Repair works - TC Lift work - TC Filter Plant work - TC Repair / Maintenance / Overhauling of lifts at various places - Repair/Maintenance of Miscellanies facilities works - TC Cleaning Under Ground & Overhead Tank at various AORs - Supply fresh Water through bowzer Comkar Command for AoR of GE (Navy) East, South, Karsaz Karachi and AGE (Navy) Maint Manora Karachi The scope covers a wide range of civil, mechanical, and electrical maintenance and repair works, including abnormal building works, installation maintenance, renovation, and supply of furniture and water. The works are to be executed at various naval installations and facilities in Karachi, requiring contractors to have relevant experience and capacity to handle multi-disciplinary tasks. Eligibility criteria include enlistment with MES in Unlimited Category or other government departments with experience in similar works. Non-enlisted contractors must provide detailed information on previous works, performance reports, and deposit earnest money as per the rules. Contractors must also furnish lists of movable and immovable assets, skilled and unskilled personnel, machinery, GST registration, and NTN certificates. The tender submission deadline is **10 August 2026 at 11:30 hours**, with opening at 12:00 hours the same day. Earnest money deposits and security requirements are clearly stated, and incomplete applications will not be entertained.
